Departure from Las Vegas. Today, you will cross the majestic landscapes of Zion National Park to reach the incredible Bryce Canyon, a world of sandstone sculpted by wind and time. This park is home to some of the most colourful rocks on the planet. They are shaped into pillars and arches, forming spectacular formations. A sunset walk through this mineral universe at the end of the day is an unforgettable experience, bathed in warm, golden light.

En route to Moab, you will pass through Capitol Reef National Park, a hidden gem located in the heart of Utah. Petroglyphs carved into the rock bear witness to the presence of Native Americans over 1,200 years ago who were related to the Anasazi people. Former sailors who were among the first pioneers to settle here named this place 'Capitol Reef' due to the rock formations resembling Capitol domes and impassable reefs. It's a fascinating detour, offering a glimpse into history alongside magnificent landscapes.

Just 8 km northwest of Moab, Arches National Park will captivate you with nearly 900 natural stone arches, as well as canyons and impressive balancing rocks. At the park entrance, after paying the access fee, you will be given a map of the sites to guide you throughout your visit. A visitor centre with a small exhibition also allows you to learn more about the unique formation of this spectacular landscape.

Continue your journey to Monument Valley, famous for its majestic red buttes rising up to 300 metres above the Colorado Plateau. This iconic Wild West setting boasts stunning landscapes of desert and rock, sculpted by time. You will pass through Page, a recent town founded in 1957 during the construction of the Glen Canyon Dam, which created the vast Lake Powell reservoir.

Departure from Page. The Grand Canyon is undoubtedly one of the highlights of any trip to the USA. Carved by the Colorado River over millions of years, this magnificent landscape impresses with its vastness and ever-changing palette of colours. Walking along the South Rim, you will be rewarded at each viewpoint with new, spectacular perspectives of this natural masterpiece.

After exploring the majestic Grand Canyon, head towards Palm Springs, an oasis in the heart of the Californian desert. This city is renowned for its relaxed atmosphere, spas, golf courses, and unique modernist architecture. Enjoy a well-deserved moment of relaxation in this sunny and warm setting.

From Palm Springs, head towards Los Angeles, the iconic city of cinema and glamour. Along the way, enjoy the desert landscapes that gradually give way to the urban buzz of the Californian metropolis. In Los Angeles, discover the legendary studios, upscale neighbourhoods like Beverly Hills, and the famous Santa Monica beach.

A pleasant drive along the famous Highway 1 will lead you to Santa Barbara, known as the "American Riviera". This coastal city charms with its relaxed atmosphere, fine sandy beaches, and Spanish-inspired architecture. Stroll along State Street, the bustling heart of the city, discover the magnificent Santa Barbara Mission, a historical gem full of charm, or admire the Spanish-style courthouse, a symbol of local heritage. After this delightful stop, you will continue your journey towards Santa Maria.

Set off for San Francisco! On the way, explore Monterey with its famous Cannery Row, then the charming Carmel known for its art galleries and quaint shops. Don't miss the spectacular 17-Mile Drive and Hearst Castle in San Simeon, two must-sees on the Californian coast (admission fees apply). In San Francisco, be captivated by the famous Golden Gate Bridge, the iconic cable cars, and lively districts like Fisherman’s Wharf and Chinatown for a rich urban experience full of discoveries.

For this day, bicycle hire for two people is included. You can collect the bicycles from 9 a.m. at 501 Bay Street. Hop on your bikes and cross the iconic Golden Gate Bridge for breathtaking views, then head to Sausalito, a charming waterside town. You can also cycle through the lovely neighbourhoods of the Presidio and the Marina or follow the coast from Fisherman’s Wharf to Ocean Beach before returning via the stunning Golden Gate Park.

The highlight of the day will be the exploration of Yosemite National Park, a true natural gem. You will be amazed by its towering granite cliffs, domes sculpted by glaciers, impressive waterfalls, and giant sequoias. Don't miss the famous sites such as Yosemite Falls, El Capitan, Half Dome, and Bridalveil Fall.

The journey to Death Valley takes you through breathtaking scenery to the lowest point in the Western Hemisphere, nearly 90 metres below sea level. This extreme desert offers a surprising diversity of landscapes, from sand dunes and colourful rock formations to vast arid plains. Don't miss the spectacular views at Zabriskie Point where eroded rocks form astonishing shapes, nor Badwater, the lowest area, with its endless salt flats. A unique experience that will remain etched in your memory.

Return to Las Vegas. Enjoy your final day exploring this extraordinary city at your own pace. Stroll along the famous Strip, discover the most extravagant hotels, indulge in a last show, or try your luck in a casino.

End of the tour, return the hire vehicle at Las Vegas airport before taking your return flight.

Your stay includes an economy-class car hire, with a choice of two or four doors.

The vehicle will be an ECAR type Mitsubishi Mirage (or similar category).

Pick up and drop off of the vehicle at Las Vegas Airport.

The vehicle hire includes:

- Theft and accident insurance CDW

The vehicle hire does not include:
- Fuel
