CUSTOMS FORMALITIES:
For British nationals, the passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of return.
Singapore: No visa is required for a tourist stay of less than 90 days. A return or onward ticket is required on entry.
Australia: A visa is required. You should apply online for an eVisitor (subclass 651), which is free of charge and usually issued quickly.

CURRENCY:
- Singapore: Singapore dollar (SGD).
- Indicative rate on 01/10/2024: 1 EUR ≈ 1.45 SGD.
- Australia: Australian Dollar (AUD).
- Indicative rate on 01/10/2024: 1 EUR ≈ 1.65 AUD.
Bank cards are widely accepted in both countries. Cash machines are available in all major cities and airports.
ACCOMMODATION:
Minimum occupancy: 1 person / Maximum occupancy: 2 adults.
Age range of children: 2 - 11 years (Tour not suitable for children under 5 years).
Babies are not allowed.
Single rooms available at extra cost. Any specific request concerning the type of sleeping accommodation (double bed/separate beds) is subject to availability and may incur a supplement.
For technical reasons, hotels may be replaced by similar accommodation and stops may be reversed.
In Singapore, hotel rooms are often quite narrow and beds small.
The accommodation included in this trip is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
If certain days are shortened due to late arrival or early departure caused by airline schedules, no reimbursement will be made. Similarly, any meals included in the board package that cannot be taken due to these timetables cannot be reimbursed. Depending on the schedule of any optional extras and excursions, any meals not taken at the hotel will be at the customer's expense.
Some hotels offer air conditioning as an optional extra, payable directly to the hotel by travellers.
TRANSFERS:
Singapore - Sydney - Cairns flights: The flight between Singapore and Sydney takes approximately 8 hours and the flight between Sydney and Cairns takes approximately 3 hours. Please note that the maximum weight for checked luggage is 20kg. 1 piece of hold luggage and 1 piece of hand luggage per person are included; in the event of additional luggage, please contact us before departure.
Return transfer by private shuttle from Singapore airport (SIN) to Singapore hotel: The transfer is by private shuttle. It takes you directly from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to the airport. 1 piece of luggage per person included; in the event of additional luggage, please contact us before departure.
Return transfer by shared shuttle Sydney airport (SYD) - hotel in Sydney: The transfer is by shared shuttle. The shuttle will drop you off in front of your hotel and may make several stops along the way. On the return transfer, the shuttle will drop you off at the airport and may make several stops along the way. 1 piece of luggage per person included; in the event of additional luggage, please contact us before departure.
