For travellers who have booked the package including flights, flight times and information will be provided with the voucher, no later than 48 hours before departure.

For those who have opted for the "hotel only" package (without international flight), please send us your flight details as soon as possible via the contact form located in the section "Help and Contact" to facilitate the organisation of your transfers.

Accommodation:
For technical reasons, hotels may be replaced by accommodation of the same category. The order of the stops and the itinerary itself may be modified according to the constraints at the destination. Any specific request regarding the type of sleeping (double bed, separate beds) is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Please note: In Japan, hotel rooms are often quite narrow and beds small.

Check-in is usually in the middle of the afternoon (3 to 4pm).

Check-out is usually in the morning (10am).

Accommodations included in this trip are not suitable for people with reduced mobility and babies (aged between 0 and 2).

Meals:
Breakfast package: If, due to airline schedules, the first and last days are shortened by late arrival or early departure, no meal refunds will be given. Depending on the schedule constraints of excursions or transport to the destination (train, bus, transfer, ferry, etc.), meals that cannot be taken at the hotel are at the customer's expense.

Transport information:
RAIL TRANSPORT:
In Japan, trains are the most convenient way to travel. Both large cities and villages are well connected, and the Japanese rail network is diverse and highly functional. It offers the opportunity to travel on the famous Shinkansen, Japan's high-speed train, which reaches speeds of 320 km/h!

PRIVATE TRANSFER:
With the private transfer service, a driver will collect you from the airport arrival hall and take you directly to the entrance of your hotel (and vice versa). Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name.
