OFFICIAL RULES - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON.

No Purchase Necessary To Enter or Win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The “Escape to the Wynn Las Vegas” Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin at 12:00am Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on April 1, 2008 and end at 11:59pm EST on June 30, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by Intagio Corporation dba Perfect Escapes, 22 4th Street, Suite 1120, San Francisco, CA 04103 (the "Sponsor"), who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (“DC”), United States, that are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Only one entry allowed per household. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor; Employees, officers, and directors of Intagio Corporation dba Perfect Escapes, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively including Sponsor, “Sweepstakes Entities”) their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Two Ways to Enter: 1.) Qualified Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting www.perfectescapes.com/Register.aspx (“Website”) and following the online instructions to register to receive Sponsor’s “The Perfect 10” e-mail newsletter and the Wynn Las Vegas’ e-mail newsletter. All newsletter registrants are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes by registering. 2.) You may also enter by mailing a hand-printed entry with your name, address, day and night telephone numbers and confirmation that you are at least 18 years of age, on a 3”x 5” card and mailing it in a standard business-size #10 envelope to: “Escape to the Wynn Las Vegas” Sweepstakes, 1878 East Ave. Rochester, NY 14610. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 27 2008 and received by July 3, 2008. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or postage due mail or entries. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to disqualify any person or address suspected of submitting multiple or fraudulent entries or of tampering with the entry process. All entries become the property of Intagio Corporation and will not be returned.

Internet Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the Grand Prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Prizes: The One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the Wynn Las Vegas hotel. The prize includes the following:

• Three consecutive nights lodging for two in a Salon Suite at the Wynn Las Vegas. Approximate Retail Value (ARV $1,950);
• A Four Hundred Dollar ($400) dinner credit redeemable toward a dinner for two at the SW Steakhouse at the Wynn;
• A Four Hundred Dollar ($400) credit redeemable toward Wynn spa services or shopping;
• Two (2) tickets for the Le Rêve show at the Wynn Las Vegas during the stay (ARV $198); and
• Limousine transportation to and from McCarran Airport in Las Vegas (ARV $200);

No transportation to or from Las Vegas is included within the Grand Prize. Transportation to and from Las Vegas is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and winner’s guest. Total value of the Grand Prize is $3,148. Prize does not include gratuities. Any unused portion of the prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all information submitted by Grand Prize winners. No transfer, refund or substitution of Grand Prizes are permitted, except that the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities retain the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater retail value for any reason. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Blackout dates and other restrictions, all of which are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Grand Prize winner shall forfeit the Grand Price if the Grand Prize (including the lodging at the Wynn) is not taken within 365 days following the Sweepstakes drawing date. As a condition of accepting the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner must cooperate in good faith with the Sponsor and with the Wynn to schedule the winner’s trip so that it concludes within the above time period, in all cases subject to applicable Blackout dates and room availability at the hotel.

Drawing and Notification: The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing conducted on or about July 15, 2008 by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Upon initial notification by electronic mail and verification of the potential Grand Prize winner, confirmation will be sent to the winner in writing via USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor’s choice.

Prize Conditions: All Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize. The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and return it within 14 days of written notification. In addition, a Travel Companion Waiver will need to be returned for each companion of the Grand Prize winner. If travel companion is a minor, parent or legal guardian must sign and return release and accompany minor on trip. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, or if potential winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the prize at issue. The winner’s entry into the sweepstakes constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. A Sweepstakes entrant can only win one prize; once an entrant has been selected for a prize, their name will be removed from future prize drawings. Winner and travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. If travel companion is a minor, parent or legal guardian must sign and return release and accompany minor on trip.

Terms & Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. The Grand Prize winner and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of Grand Prizes offered, or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Winners List: To request confirmation of the name and address of the Grand Prize winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped business size envelope, by September 1, 2008 to: ASC/”Escape to the Wynn Las Vegas” Sweepstakes Winners List, 300 State Street, Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614.
