Overview
Located on Arroyo Street, one of the most elegant streets of Buenos Aires, The Bencich Tower was constructed in 1929. The story tells that Nicolas Mihanovich wanted to construct the tallest building in Buenos Aires, with views of the river and port.
Like all rooms in this hotel, the superior rooms are decorated with free Art Deco style that combines light & relaxing colors like beige, yellow and black, in addition to the strong presence of Argentine leather on the headboards of the beds & on the desks.
The restaurant provides Mediterranean gourmet cooking based on the recipes and flavours of La Provence.

The hotel is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the elegant shops of Ave. Alvear. The staff was flawlessly helpful and provided immediate assistance and response to all our requests. The hotel has sophisticated elegance without feeling Old World. The concierges were always helpful, but didn't seem to be "in the know" about the latest cutting edge restaurants. They tended to recommend more traditional places. I suggest you do your own internet research and then let the concierge book the reservations.
