User Reviews: The Muse, New York

Perfect Escapes has recently launched a user reviews application on our website. Now anyone who has stayed at any of the luxury hotels on the Perfect Escapes site can submit a review of their hotel to share with others.

Perfect Escapes has been overwhelmed with responses of people from around the world sharing their hotel-stay stories and would like to take the chance to share some of them with you. “What a great hotel. The staff would do anything they could to help you. The room we got was huge. It easily accommodated three grown women on a shopping trip to New York. We came in with three bags and left with eight huge ones with still loads of room for us to move around. Fabulous place!!”

“The Muse Hotel sets a warm, intimate, modern atmosphere upon first walking through the door. The greeting at the concierge desk was very friendly and check in was fast and efficient. All hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. Every inch of the room was well planned and beautifully decorated. The bed was fluffy and comfortable and it was such a pleasure to sleep in it. The evening turn down service was a nice touch. I loved the L’Occitane toiletries. The bathroom was clean with all the necessary amenities. This is a very lovely hotel and I would stay there again.”
