Good Job Guys!

Fabulous accommodations and service, I thought the room was a little overcrowded with furniture (i.e. less than 2 feet of space between furniture in some rooms). The staff were wonderful and knowledgeable about giving directions and remembering us personally. -Shawn Hensinger , from Beaverton, United States - 8/20/2009
Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for a long weekend and felt totally pampered. They upgraded us to a lake view suite. The private boat tour on Lake Washington is a must. The hotel is in a great location close to great restaurants and charming stores. We will definitely be back. -Carol Felman , from Sherman Oaks, United States - 6/17/2009
Relaxing Stay At the Woodmark
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
I stayed there by myself for a weekend in May. The room was lovely with a wonderful marine view and beautiful bathroom with a lovely rain shower. The breakfast was a little pricey but delicious. Had a very nice happy hour in the Library bar. The hotel is beautifully decorated and sits right on the water which made for great walks. The Woodmark Spa was wonderful. I love facials and this was one of the best I have ever had! The extras were great--chocolate strawberries, hot and iced tea, almonds and fruit to enjoy before or after your service. Everyone there went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. Overall the stay was perfect. -Cebell Berry , from Lake Forest Park, United States - 5/7/2009
Nice Get-A-Way Location

Awesome view, great restaurant choices within walking distance, peaceful, comfortable and relaxing. Parking is not free! Friendly house keeping staff, marginal (at best) front-desk staff and unfriendly wait staff. -Andrea, from Tacoma, United States - 2/20/2009
Romantic Getaway

Very comfortable king bed, large bath tub, robes in the room, a beautiful room in a gorgeous location. We only left to get take out. The room was perfect. -Ashleigh, from Richland, United States - 12/6/2008
Highly Recommended for Business or Leisure

Huge room, comfortable bed, nicely furnished, excellent value, great location, excellent friendly service, fast check in. It was amazing. I needed to print out a presentation on the way to the client - no fee in their business center. Unbelievable. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Bel-Red-Kirkland area. -Mark Martel , from Mountain View, United States - 10/24/2008
Great Hotel With a Few Misses
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
The hotel was a great piece of property. Located on Lake Washington. Very convenient to good restaurants and downtown Kirkland, which was much more charming than I remembered. Room service was good quality. The room itself was spacious, well decorated and included a great jetted soaking tub and rain shower. Now for the issues. If your room is in the south side of the building don't expect to sleep soundly between the hours of 7 AM and 8 PM--a bell tower in front of your room will ring every half hour. Not a quiet bell tower, but a big booming old fashioned sounding town square/church bell tower will ring. With an appropriate number of rings following the chime melody for that particular hour. The charm of the tower likely increases the closer you get to the north side of the building or the earlier you intend on waking. Also, we were told the room was a water view junior suite when we ordered the room by phone. Turned out it was a parlor suite (bigger), but with barely a view (bummer). -Nathan Saunders, from Seattle, United States - 10/16/2008
What a Wonderful Experience!

Staying at The Woodmark was an incredible experience that continually wowed us. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and our room was gorgeous. We brought our dog, and they even provided a pet bed and dishes for her--there's also a special pet menu for your four legged family members! The hotel atmosphere is very peaceful and beautiful, and having Lake Washington just outside was a great bonus. The sunset views from our room were spectacular! Our room had great amenities, catering to every detail and possible need. I highly recommend that you consider The Woodmark when you visit the Seattle area-- there's just no other hotel like it! -Kersten Broms, from Portland, Oregon, United States - 6/15/2008
