We have our yearly Core Mark Trade Show at the resort. They gave us an upgraded room and it was so beautiful. The people there are the best anyone has to offer. -Vickie Hall , from Anaconda, United States - 3/19/2010

Good Time Had by All
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
We had a family get together here, 19 of us in all. The staff were all very helpful and courteous, always saying have a great day when we walked by. The restaurant staff would always accommodate our large group. One of the best parts was the child care, "kids camp" that they provided, with charge. The kids all had a great time making crafts, going to the park and making their own pizzas at Tito Macaroni's. The valet retrieved a couple different items from our van with no hassles what so ever. We were there for July 4th and the show was amazing from our balcony. The pools were nothing to write home about, but who cares when you are that close to the lake. -Mike, from santa maria ca, United States - 7/8/2008

Hotel is situated in a pretty locale but the building itself is non-descript. I had a standard room that looked out on a wall. Bathroom was very small and had no handle bars in the shower for safety. My room did not have a safe. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Pool area was on a wooden deck that if you walked barefoot you got splinters. The area was small and no umbrellas were provided for shade. Beverly's restaurant in the hotel is very very good. -Ronni, from New York, United States - 7/3/2008
Giant Christmas Tree Crash
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
I was very disappointed to find out that the famous tree was not visible from my expensive hotel room or even from town. I do not ride in boats at night. I think that greed has just about peaked in this country and now a hidden World's tallest Christmas Tree. Pay the man see the tree. -Richard Slaten , from Atlanta, United States - 6/26/2008

Our stay was very enjoyable. Our room and the bed was just what I envisioned!! We had very good drinks and the food was great. Staff was prompt and fun! Beautiful shops and spacious layout on the main floor. Will stay again! Easy to navigate since my husband is in a wheelchair.

Unhappy Customer
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
Upon arrival noted the beauty of the Resort's location. It was a bit confusing when entering establishment. Instead of the check-in being at the front of the resort, you had to locate on your own at the back of the building past shops and restaurants. Paid extra for fireplace, not worth the money! Balcony door broken, could not open. Room service had to be called for service first day, second day room never tended, found out that there was a button pushed stating "do not disturb". I do not know why this information was not disclosed or information placed within the room so customers would be aware.
Purchased a breakfast for two, butter forgotten which we needed for the special pancakes. Called restaurant to bring butter and asked for extra coffee to be delivered at the same time with more cream and sugar. Delivery took 1/2 hr to arrive, food cold, did not eat entire breakfast and cream and sugar forgotten.Explained at checkout, front desk showed no interest.

I Think You Could Stay in a Holiday Inn Express an

The rooms are small and noisy. The valets were slow and rude, they left me outside in the snow while they were busy with each other. The bar took over the entire lobby, leaving no room for conversation with my 18 year-old son. The restaurant was staffed with poor quality people who rarely acknowledged you and the food was cold and ordinary. The front desk was difficult to work with and seemed to be understaffed as well. -Thomas Rickard , from Phoenix, United States - 12/20/2007

Our accommodations for our Honeymoon far exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was very helpful and very service orientated. We will return on our first anniversary next year. Thanks for a perfect stay in every way. -William March, from Twin Falls, United States - 12/5/2007
