The Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing situated on the Delaware River waterfront on the eastern edge of downtown is within walking distance to exciting historic shopping entertainment areas. It's the only waterfront hotel providing ferry access to sites both in Philadelphia along the Camden waterfront. Nearby to many family attractions overlooking the beautiful Delaware River, it's the perfect hotel for a family vacation romantic getaway business meeting or social event.

Good Hotel for Price

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. We checked in early without guff or trouble. The room was decorated in great taste and the view was great. We didn't like being next to the elevator when the hotel wasn't busy. And the hotel didn't have a hot tub. Major disappointment. But did like the 24hr fitness and access to the pool. An honest mistake of the cleaning lady knocking on the door at 8am, but did wake us in a grumpy state. Good hotel overall. Add a hot tub and free WiFi and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

One of the Worst Hotels I Have Stayed At

When my wife and I arrived at the hotel we checked in, and went to our room. We had a non-smoking room and when we walked in there were cigarettes on the floor of our room, that made me feel that the room was not properly cleaned. When I brought it to the cleaning ladies attention they said we had just cleaned this room and dusted and while they were in there they wiped it down again, which made me feel like they didn't clean the room at all. There were fingerprints on the glass of the tables and the mirrors. Then when my wife and I went to bed that night we were awoken at 4 AM, by a knock on the door and a bill slipped under the door. If you are looking for a good time do not stay at this hotel, it is a great location, but that is all they have going for them.
