Directions:
From the North: From Messina take the A18 Messina/Catania motorway towards Catania, exit Taormina. After the tollbooth, where the road forks, keep left for Taormina. Follow this winding uphill road, keeping in the right lane. Approaching the town center, it narrows and becomes very steep. Keep right at fork in Via San Pancrazio and continue uphill. At the top of this road you will see an archway leading to a traffic free Corso directly in front. When you arrive at Porta Messina Archway turn right, going uphill, then turn immediately left, where you will find a limited access sign but please, do not worry and go on as Grand Hotel Timeo guests are allowed to enter with no time limit. At the end of the road, where it forks, please keep the left and follow the signs for Grand Hotel Timeo and Teatro Greco which are situated next to each other.
