Friendly staff! Outstanding food and service. Never had a hot brown before, it was better than described...Maitre d' was outstanding!!!

Affordable Luxury

As first time Perfect Escapes users we did not know what to expect. We were warmly greeted at check-in and upgraded to a lovely large room on the club floor. We also enjoyed a very nice buffet breakfast as advertised as part of the Perfect Escape reservation. The hotel is quite lovely and is very guest friendly. Our dinner at the hotel was excellent as were the breakfasts. The only glitch was an incorrect bill that did not reflect the special rate that we had. This was handled very professionally and apologetically by the front desk. The Brown and Perfect Escapes proved to be a wonderful choice that served to enhance our Louisville stay.
