Staff was excellent to work with. On arrival they offered champagne at check-in. It was my husband's birthday, they sent up a personalized card signed by the staff and a "delicious" decadent chocolate cupcake served on a chocolate decorated platter! Nice touch! Concierge set up our dinner reservations ahead of time. Hotel is within walking distance to Faneuil Hall, Government Center with great views of Charles River. Great experience!

Everything was great except food and beverage -- both quality and service. A place like this should be serving cocktails and food that are at a much higher level. Especially given price but really that aside.

The Liberty Hotel was so much fun and the price we got through Perfect Escapes was way less than other sites! Clean rooms, jail theme, great use of a historic space and very nice staff! My only complaint is that guests have to show their room key to the rude bouncer who stands at the door on weekends to determine who's trying to get into the hotel bar vs. the hotel. Otherwise it was all great!

We recently spent a lovely weekend in Boston at The Liberty Hotel. It's very trendy and within walking distance to Beacon Hill, Charles Street shopping as well as the Common and Public Gardens. We needed a taxi one evening and the valet offered us complementary transportation to dinner. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel was spectacular. It was clean, the bathroom was awesome. I am an interior designer and I was impressed - that's pretty hard to manage! The service was great, the staff friendly. I couldn't have asked for anything more! I hope they can keep it up!

We stayed only overnight as a trial and loved our room, the decor and theme, and the Sunday brunch. Only annoyance as mature adults was the wall-to-wall young people looking to hook up in the lobby on the weekend night we were there.

We were supposed to have a room upgrade but to my surprise we were actually upgraded two levels to a Spectacular room. It was a corner room with floor to ceiling windows and a view of the Charles. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to please. We had a wonderful time.
