I Would Definitely Stay Here Again.

I got an upgraded room but it's on the 3rd floor facing Denny St. which is a major thoroughfare. I asked to be moved to a quieter area & they did but they had to downgrade my room. I think they comp. my parking to compensate. Parking in downtown Seattle is expensive like any major city ($28 for valet/$30 for self-parking). I raved to some local friends about the hotel. Unfortunately, they screwed up my wake-up call on my last morning when I wanted to sleep in. I asked for a 9:15 wake-up call instead the automated service jolted me at 7:15! I couldn't go back to sleep anymore & I was up till 2am the night before. Location is ideal. 10 minutes walk to downtown Seattle or you can take the trolley. And having Whole Foods 1 street level down is so perfect! I think they're short-staffed at the front desk. I couldn't get hold of anyone on Saturday morning & my friend couldn't call in. If it weren't for the downgraded room & the botched wake-up call I would rate this hotel a 5! -Malou Carreon , from Burlingame, United States - 6/5/2008

The Seattle Pan Pacific is a rising star in the downtown luxury hotel scene. A few blocks away from the central core it gives you a bit of a hiatus from the hustle and bustle. -George, from Vancouver, Canada - 5/23/2008
