The largest room I have ever had in the City and a mattress that puts the Westin Heavenly Bed to shame. Employees all seemed happy, certainly attentive, and all doing their best to keep the property in Bristol condition.
Great location and not far from La Guardia airport either.

First timers here for a four night stay. Upgraded to the executive king at 300 sq. ft. overlooking Lexington Ave. Quality of room was outstanding, decor above average and largest room ever found in NYC. Help all was courteous and friendly, service prompt, concierge really helpful, and the mattress beats out any I have had including the Westin and Sheraton. This entire property is so well managed and all the staff perform well and enjoy their work and create a great environment. Best ever so just enjoy one great location. Could not get any better in the City.
