Modern & Youthful Luxury

We stayed there for 3 nights after being in another hotel for one week and after a small trip to Niagara Falls. We had planned that after one week in a modest hotel we would pamper ourselves in a bit different type of hotel.
Rivington did exceed our expectations in many ways. It's very different with its red and black colored walls and odd shapes by the doors. But we really enjoyed our stay and staff was excellent. They were more than helpful and everyone was extremely friendly.
Great view from our 9th floor room. We didn't hear any noise from the street or from the restaurant upstairs. And the black mosaic tiled bathroom... fabulous!! I would recommend this hotel to all my friends, although it's a bit expensive. But worth it!

Good location in LES, breakfasts were surprisingly poor, bar busy in the evening but not entirely convincing, staff at reception desk helpful. Oh, and lift wait takes quite long. Room (high, corner) lovely.

Excellent Hotel Except For....

The only problem was the noise from guests and taxis queueing to night clubs in the street. Some nights it was difficult to sleep before 3 AM. Next time I will try a room in the other direction not facing Rivington street.
