I personally would have preferred the queen over the 2 doubles, however I had a great view, requested a fridge and microwave as those were not originally provided (no fee), decent gym and indoor pool. I did not order room service or use any other services provided by the hotel. The valet and concierge were both courteous and knowledgeable and the hotel was in a fabulous location. Easy access to the water taxis, within walking distance to many tourist spots as well as several restaurants. Maid service came really late one day (5pm) and twice on another day which I didn't appreciate the additional and unnecessary individual in my room. I also know they ignored the do not disturb sign posted a time or two. Overall I think the quality and location of the hotel are worth the price I paid online.

What a great place to stay and get-away from it all. Perfect location, better if you get a room with a waterfront view, clean, friendly staff. Very nice if you stay during concerts and events. I would love to stay again and again.
