We spent three nights at The Back Bay Hotel (aka Jurys Boston) on business in the city. There were few windows and the light bulbs were dim. It was okay for the time we were there, but I'd select a corner room with more light and more sitting area. There was no easy chair and sitting on the bed to watch television is pitiful.

Great Hotel With Nice Bar

The hotel is a nice upscale hotel with a funky bar downstairs. The downsides were that we stayed on 2nd floor and had a lot of street noise in the morning. Secondly the bar seemed to add an 18% tip to our already added tip, making our drinks almost twice as expensive. We were in a hurry checking out and didn't complain, but would have done so in a different situation. One day the maid had left the window open and the heat on, which was in my view a bit energy inefficient. But the room heated up again in 15 minutes. The toiletries are really nice and the shower was wonderful.

The employees at Jurys are fabulous. The hotel was perfect. We had a great time. Would absolutely stay there again.

Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto SURFACE RD/SURFACE ARTERY. Turn
RIGHT onto KNEELAND ST. Turn LEFT onto WASHINGTON ST.
Turn RIGHT onto MARGINAL ST. MARGINAL ST becomes MARGINAL
RD. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto CORTES ST. Turn RIGHT onto

Follow I-95 North to I-93 North. Take exit 18
Massachusetts Ave./Roxbury. Follow the arrows to
Massachusetts Ave and turn right onto Massachusetts Ave.
Off of Massachusetts Ave turn right on Columbus Ave.
Follow Columbus Ave to Dartmouth St and turn left. Follow
Dartmouth St. to Stuart Street and turn right. The hotel
will be on your right.
From Downtown Boston
From Points South via I-95 and I-93. Follow I-95 North to
I-93 North. Take exit 18 Massachusetts Ave./Roxbury.
Follow the arrows to Massachusetts Ave and turn right onto
Massachusetts Ave. Off of Massachusetts Ave turn right
