This was a definite 5 star hotel. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and willing to help. I enjoyed the follow-up from the customer service rep to insure my request was completed in an efficient manner. The room suites are beautiful with full bath including jet bath and the kitchenette, outstanding. The room suites are huge and include a walk in closet and a washer/dryer. Lovely spa facilities! The only complaint I had was the food was very expensive, but it was delicious. You will not be disappointed if you spend your vacation or just a long weekend here.

This is one of the best beach hotels in the USA. Great rooms, service, food, beach, spa, meeting rooms and value for the money. I have traveled world wide and stayed in hundreds of hotels.This is one of the best.
