Always Consistent - But Earplugs Needed for Breakf

Have stayed at this hotel for a couple of days each year for the last three years. Consistent high standard, staff are always available and wonderfully helpful BUT this time was not as good as my last stays. I had made a couple of simple requests prior to arrival regarding the room and these were not responded to. Breakfast, while a great buffet, is full of people in quite a small space many not just eating breakfast but taking food and putting it in bags presumably for their day at the beach and the room is truly so noisy you need to bring your own earplugs.
The property itself is fabulous, great beach and facilities. It is quite removed from Naples and without question one of the best places to eat nearby is Flemings Steakhouse. Great food, great attitude and a lovely place to go only 5 mins in cab from the hotel.
Enjoy the Ritz at Naples - it's good but not quite as good and responsive as it used to be.

I Didn't Ever Want to Leave.

We went to the Ritz Carlton in Naples for an anniversary treat. We only booked for one night and I didn't want to leave. The weather was perfect (that's always a good start), the service was outstanding, and the location was one of the prettiest places in which we had ever stayed. My husband had a massage and came away saying it was the best massage he has ever had. I had a great tennis lesson. We had booked a package for this night's stay that included valet service and breakfast. They allowed us to have the buffet breakfast and it was to die for. Anything and everything you could ever imagine as breakfast fare was included. We walked the beach and scooted around Naples before leaving to return home.
I would return tomorrow if I could.

Having been recommended this hotel by friends in St. Petersburg, FL, we spent a wonderful night in a beautiful room with an extraordinarily comfortable bed. We slept like angels. After a relaxing morning at the beach we went on to our next hotel in Sarasota before we returned to the chill, snow and ice of Sweden.
Service was excellent, warm and friendly.
