We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. Service was great; The location as well. We were a bit surprised by the number of kids in the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Trip But....

The pool bar closes at 10.00pm. We took a short trip to the Delano Hotel for a drink.

It is not very expensive, but clearly the next time I will go to another hotel in Miami.

My Five Day Stay

The accommodations were very good. The reception desk did a great job with the reservations and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. As a matter of fact all of the staff were very helpful. The beach was fabulous, the dining facilities pretty good. Service was excellent but slow at times. The fitness room was well equipped but could use some additional weight facilities and aerobic machines.The use of the key card for the elevator didn't always work as well as it should. The weather was perfect. My son and I had a great time.
