Overview

Other than the expense, there is nothing negative that can be said about the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne. As the expression goes, you get what you pay for - and here you get it all. The service is top-notch, as are the food, the food choices, the accommodations, the amenities, the grounds, and everything else that makes a vacation an ideal one. The setting is also about the best you can find on the Atlantic coast in Florida. The staff are very kid-friendly and there is plenty for the kids to see and do so nobody gets bored. All in all, it really was a "perfect escape".

The hotel was able to provide us with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. Tennis drills in the morning were excellent. Will stay again.

Unbelievable Service

From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, I was treated and felt like a royal guest.
Smiling, friendly, cordial employees greeted me at every turn to assist me and make every moment a comfortable decision.
The tennis courts were clay, over the top best and the lessons, clinics and matches superb.
Best Sunday brunch ever, even beats out the local famous Biltmore brunch!
Tranquility Pool, sans kids was extremely welcome.
The upgrade to suite at no additional charge was a very pleasant surprise...offered without asking. The added roominess with a full kitchen and living room was spaciously delightful.
As a Miami local, looking for an escape weekend, this turned out to be more than perfect. I would return again in a heart beat.
From the curb to the beach, it was a complete joy!

Great Weekend...

Perfect weekend getaway. The only 3 complaints:
1. The first room had dirty carpet, was moved to another room immediately.
2. Old TVs
3. Crowded pools, had to wait 2 hours to sit by the pool; suggest laying out by the beach or going to the pool before 11am.

Beautiful hotel,great service-guest rooms need updating-especially for the price of $779 plus $100 worth of taxes in addition. Manager said it was in the plans but should consider lowering the price for now.
