I expected better services from this hotel. The majority of the people that were staying when I was there were a lot older and they seemed to get more services like having the door opened as they walk out or they'd be greeted; I felt a bit discriminated. I usually look for a place to stay for pampering and relaxation. Their doors were slamming all morning! i wasn't sure if it was the guest going in and out of their rooms or housekeeping, but they've got to something to their doors to prevent it from being so loud! Also, their TV was just a regular TV. I would have assumed it to be upgraded by now. Other than that, the design and layout of the room was very modern and relaxing.

- from San Francisco International Airport:
