Treated Ourselves

Although we have been to the Brown for events, a wine tasting dinner, afternoon tea, seen the champagne cascade and holiday decorations, and have stayed at the Comfort across the bridge, this was our first time staying here. I loved it! Our room was elegant and comfortable, the special touches in the room and shower made me feel special. Our package included a breakfast coupon - the Sunday brunch is amazing! What an array of delicious foods, and our waiter was courteous, friendly, and great service.
Staying at The Brown was a very special evening for us- and finding the online price made it possible. -Cristine, from Denver, United States - 10/17/2009

Wonderful stay, but you cannot go expecting brand new surroundings. It has an historic air about it. -Barb, from Woodland Park, United States - 3/22/2009

I like the environment and the service was very good. I would liked to have been able to enjoy the bar but it was too crowded. -Pedro Berrios , from Guaynabo, United States - 1/27/2009

This is a beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. The upgraded hotel room was huge, warm and comfortable. Having traveled extensively, I can say that the Brown Palace deserves a 5 star rating. -Robert Rosenfeld , from Potomac, United States - 12/29/2008
Surpassed My Expectations

I have heard nice things about The Brown Palace for a long time, but finally stayed there recently. The hotel has the charm of a property that has been operating since the 1890s but with modern comforts. It is worth stopping in just to see the lobby and the beautiful stained glass six or so stories above you. It is a grand old hotel with exposed staircases as you look up. The hotel is very well maintained. My room was modern and clean with a great workspace and large flat screen television. My bed and linens were great and the bathroom oversize. It is also only a couple blocks away from the 16th Street mall providing great access to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. It is a very good location to walk to your meetings in the downtown Denver area - or to get to Coor's Field. The staff was very polite. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! -Eric J, from San Mateo, United States - 10/23/2008
Brown Hotel Review

Our overall experience was very favorable. Front desk people very extremely polite and nice as was the valet service. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with surprisingly large portions and very nice wait staff. The room was comfortable with the required amenities. The only negative comment was the fact the air conditioning could have worked better. Also, it would of been nice to have had a mini refrigerator. -Ellen Baumler , from Chicago, United States - 7/11/2008
Great Location and Luxury

My last trip to Denver was for work, experienced the Brown Palace Hotel and Spa for the first time. It is not too often that I get the “Wow” when entering a lobby. You will get this when you see their amazing nine-story lobby! I stayed in one of their suites on the top floor, well furnished in a vintage style. Service is “impeccable” and the location is perfect, one block from the 16th Street Mall (shopping heaven) with plenty of parking around. I will stay there again. -Sebastien Trouplin, from San Francisco, United States - 5/16/2008
