Could Be Better...

It could have been better...I paid extra for a mountain view but got the view of a crane and the top of a building. The mountains were a tiny obscured bit of scenery that I could see if I looked to the farthest right corner of the window. The bathroom wall was actually slightly dirty. The toilet ran after being flushed. To top it off the bed moved away from the wall with the slightest movement. It was a nice enough room. Don't drink their Aquafina for six dollars per bottle you might as well walk to the next block and hit up the 7-11 or Walgreens. -Heidi Eckstein , from Brush, United States - 6/29/2009

The hotel itself was very nice, modern and clean albeit uber corporate. Walking into the hotel lobby felt like walking into a concourse at the Denver International Airport. I had to inquire at the front desk to confirm we were in fact at the Hyatt registration desk and not at a security desk for a large corporate office building. One should expect an "impersonal touch" rather than a "personal touch." The workout facilities were exceptional. The location is excellent. I appreciated the fact that the room had its own thermostat rather than a rattling HVAC unit jutting out of the wall as is common in most hotels. My only complaint is that unbeknownst to us, the night we checked in was also the night of "Parade of Lights". Traffic was a virtual gridlock and we had to park several blocks away to "hike" to the Hyatt with our luggage making us feel like contestants on The Amazing Race. It would have been nice if the Hyatt had warned us and told us how to traverse the closed-off roads -Maureen Mcguire , from Santa Fe, United States - 12/11/2008

Very pleasant stay. Staff was extremely courteous and attentive. Room very clean and pleasant, but a little small. Especially enjoyed the spa and the massage I received from Jennifer Smallwood. She is very gifted! My husband was also very impressed with his massage. The pool was a great temperature. Breakfast buffet was excellent. -Pamela, from Fort Collins, United States - 12/3/2008

The Mile High Regency Club package was outstanding value. We had booked for one night only and were so pleased with our accommodation that we tried to reserve an additional night. Sadly for us, the hotel was fully booked. We plan to stay there again.
Reception & concierge staff very professional & helpful.
