Overview
The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa, a 500-room resort, was designed to be an authentic representation of the Gila River Indian Community's heritage and culture. Conveniently located 11 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport, Wild Horse Pass offers a recreational, education, and inspirational experience never before available in a resort setting.
The resort is located in the Sonoran Desert on an expanse of rugged Arizona landscape where the ancient vistas, mountains and roaming wild horses remain untouched. A unique blend of two cultures, the resort offers the quiet serenity created by Native American tribes who found haven here.
This destination resort includes two 18-hole Troon-managed golf courses; the Aji Spa with 17 treatment rooms; the Koli Equestrian Center for riding lessons, trail rides and outdoor events; as well as tennis courts and jogging trails. A total of four pools with cascading waterfalls and a 111-foot waterslide model the ancient Casa Grande Ruins. A 2-1/2 mile replica of the Gila River that meanders through the resort grounds with scenic boat rides to shuttle guests to the Whirlwind Golf Club and nearby Wild Horse Pass Casino.

- From PHX Airport (15 minutes)
Take Highway 153 south to Highway 143 & Interstate 10 East. Continue on I-10 East 11 miles to Wild Horse Pass Blvd (Exit 162).Exit right on Wild Horse Pass Blvd. The street will curve to the right. Follow signs onto the resort grounds, and the resort entrance is approximately 2 miles ahead.
Transportation:
- Shuttle: $16 per person
- Water Taxi: 8am to 10pm daily. Available to transport guests to and from Whirlwind Golf Course and Wild Horse Pass Casino.
