Our experience at the Royal Palms was wonderful. The service was impeccable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food at T. Cooks was awesome...you must get the lobster tortellini. It is to die for!! The grounds and the room were beautiful and romantic. We had a gorgeous view of Camelback Mountain from our patio. I am going back there every year!! -Leslie, from Phoenix, United States - 8/14/2009

Beautiful property! Very lush and well maintained. T. Cooks was very good, service a little slow there. Service by the pool was excellent! Spa treatments were very nice as well. Perfect for a romantic weekend stay! -George Reid, Jr , from bellaire, United States - 6/25/2009

Just Like Heaven...

We stayed at the Royal Palms for a long weekend, and it was absolutely amazing. The service was top-notch, I was taken on a tour of the grounds upon arrival. We booked a designer casita, which was very private - it had a canopy bed, fireplace, and front patio. There are beautiful gardens and pathways everywhere. The pool bar was great, although the pool itself was a bit cold. **Private yoga class with Zuzana HIGHLY recommended, I even bought her DVD... And it's in an open-air studio with a view of the mountains and palm trees. The Sunday brunch and room service were DELICIOUS, and reasonably priced. The Royal Palms is one of my favorite new getaways, will definitely be back! -Lori, from Edmonton, Canada - 5/1/2009
Heavenly Place

This was the second time I stayed at the Royal Palms and it may become my favorite resort. The room was appointed so nicely. It was extremely cozy and very comfortable. We had a private patio and a fireplace. There was even a dressing table. The grounds are very pretty and the restaurant and service is spectacular. The people at the front desk were so nice and helpful. In fact, I can't say enough nice things about the staff. When I asked if I could use the computer to check in at the airport, the woman was insistent that she do it for me. The valet service was also extremely nice and efficient. A truly wonderful place. -Ellen, from Chicago, United States - 1/9/2009
An Oasis in the Desert

An intimate hotel which offers a truly relaxing atmosphere; attentive and friendly staff without being over-imposing; the traditional Casita accommodations are unusual but very comfortable. Food quality good and reasonably priced. Hope to re-visit at some stage in the future. -Nicol Proctor , from Aberdeen, Scotland - 10/25/2008
Great Hotel, Disappointed With Perfect Escapes Ext
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
The Royal Palms was wonderful: beautiful surroundings, well-kept grounds and luxurious accommodations. The staff was informed and helpful, from the parking valets to the bellmen to the pool attendants. The "complimentary room upgrade" and "late checkout," we were told, not available. Doubtful, however, given that the resort was not at full occupancy. Very disappointing. -Adam, from Nashua, United States - 7/31/2008
