I was looking for something close to everything and this place hit the mark! We were one block off the 16th St. mall and they have a free shuttle between all the venues. The hotel was extremely clean and all the employees were wonderful. I would stay at this hotel again every time I need to go to Denver.

We were surprised by the beautiful ambiance, we had a 23rd floor view of downtown Denver. The hotel gave a 50% discount on in-house dining making it comparable with local restaurants, by the way the cuisine was outstanding. We were blocks away from shopping and nightlife. As part of our package we had complimentary breakfast. We were sorry we only booked for one night. Next time we plan to stay 2 or 3 nights before and after our Breckenridge ski vacation.

My family spent the holidays in Denver and we were all very happy with our stay. The employees were fabulous and very helpful, and the pool and workout room very nice.

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful with information, directions, even returning to me an item that I dropped in the lobby. They honored all of the extras listed on the Perfect Escapes site, including a yummy breakfast. The upgraded room was beautiful and comfy. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that the hot water in the room and the hottub is more warm than hot. I would stay here again, and recommend it to shoppers as it is only a block from the 16th Street mall.

The hotel was great, room was great. The only down side is that the DNC was in town but the hotel, when booked, failed to mention that the parking garages around the hotel were all closed, so we had to park 2 blocks away. Also there was some confusion at the front desk regarding the $20 food/drink with the room. There was no clarification on what food/drink was included. Other than that, the stay was great.

The hotel was in a perfect location to enable us to enjoy the city. The free 16th street Mall bus was a only a 2 minute walk away allowing us easy access to the shopping area. All the hotel facilities were first rate. Hotel dining great, however in a perfect location to access the many restaurants in Denver. This hotel was excellent. Comfortable, beautifully maintained with friendly helpful staff. We will definitely return.
