Wonderful Experience, Wished We Had Been Able to S

What a beautiful and comfortable resort. The service was outstanding, the accommodations were above what we expected and we would love to return with a longer reservation. Booking through Perfect Escapes gave us an automatic room upgrade and when our upgraded room wasn't quite ready the resort offered us an additional upgrade. Very gracious. We dined at the resort restaurant and were pleased there as well. We would highly recommend staying at this resort. Thank you. -Kimberly, from Eagle, United States - 9/21/2009
Not Worth the Price

In these hard economic times, top price should get a top experience. Room was OK but bugs on the couch. Contrast on TV screen was too dark and couldn't fix it so had to watch paid movies in bedroom. -Brian Colin , from Midvale, United States - 7/20/2009

Mountain lodge architecture, luxurious, spacious rooms, great service, walking distance to everything in Jackson Hole Village, indoor and outdoor pools in addition to indoor and outdoor hot tubs and spa, 8.5 miles to entrance to Grand Teton National Park, restaurant and pub on site. -A, from Boston, United States - 6/24/2009
Quite Nice

The property and service were very nice. A/C unit was very noisy. It should have occurred to me to open the windows...duh. It was nice and cool outside. The management didn't seem to be familiar with the Perfect Escapes offer that included breakfast but it was all worked out in the end. The included breakfast was the buffet, which was quite good. No real complaints. An excellent value for 50% off the retail price. -Scott, from Rexburg, United States - 6/24/2009

Million Dollar Room- $50 Mattress

We booked a studio room with a Murphy bed for 6 nights. When we checked in the hotel was over half empty. We were not offered or given an upgrade although we did ask. The standard studio room is a good size with stainless steel appliances, good dishware, etc. The sofa and leather club chair were very comfortable and we had a small balcony with a view so we were still very pleased with the room. Unfortunately when we pulled down the Murphy bed to sleep we noticed the mattress did not live up to the quality of the rest of the room or hotel. After one night and a spring jammed in my shoulder we complained to the front desk. They offered a room with a bed instead of the studio but would not give us the adjoining bedroom to our studio. We asked for a new mattress none available and it appears not one of the empty studios had one that was better. We ended up using our camping mats on top of the mattress with a feather comforter over that which worked quite well. Glad we had them with us! -D L, from Pleasant Hill, United States - 5/30/2009

Only one issue with early check-in. Had we known the room would not be ready till 4pm, rather than less than 30 min we would have made other plans. -Aaron Davis , from Fort Worth, United States - 8/4/2008
