Above and beyond what we were looking for -Katie, from Post Falls, United States |

Overview
The Davenport Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Spokane's shopping, arts, business and financial districts.
The hotel's interior is full of intricate details such as elaborately carved friezes and frescoed ceilings. Each beam in the hotel's lobby took one week to restore and the ornate hanging lights needed eight hours of cleaning. The three impressive ballrooms provide breathtaking backdrops for the event of a lifetime and the inspiring Hall of the Doges is not to be missed.

Nice!

My daughter and I stayed here for a fun weekend getaway. The room was nice, the bed was very comfy, and the nightly turndown service (complimentary) was a nice touch. The pool and spa were great and very clean. The salon was also nice. I received a haircut and my daughter had her first pedicure. We were unable to view most of the historic ballrooms since the doors were locked, which was disappointing. It was also disappointing that there was no coffeemaker in the room, so I got charged $14 for coffee and tea for two people (the room service menu was misleading)! -Darcy, from East Wenatchee, United States - 8/27/2009

Davenport Review
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
My wife was graduating from Gonzaga and knew we had to stay at the Davenport! I was surprised to learn that there was a discount for graduates, however when I asked the front desk they said they couldn't make an adjustment after we had already checked in. Too bad...it would have been a nice cherry on our weekend. -Anthony Alizondo , from Calabasas, United States - 5/22/2009
Fabulous Hotel

My mom, sister, and I stayed here for Mother's Day/mom's birthday in the Tower deluxe 2 queen room. Service was absolutely fabulous and rooms were luxurious and very clean. The young lady at the concierge arranged for dinner at the Palm Court Grill which was outstanding. We also had drinks in the lobby area of the Tower and breakfast at the Safari Room. I was amazed at how good the food was. We were there to see the Celtic Woman at the Spokane Arena and the town car service was of benefit to us for this event. The driver was very professional and offered us bottled water to take with us - nice touch. Only downside was when my sister went to workout in the a.m. and there was no water available at the fitness facility. Would definitely stay here again! -Sherri, from Calgary, Canada - 5/19/2009
Anniversary
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
My husband and I live approx. 30 miles away from downtown Spokane and were looking for a romantic getaway for our anniversary. We have a few small children and didn't want to travel too far. We found above and beyond what we were looking for during our stay at the Davenport. The rooms were amazing, the hotel staff was very helpful and extremely friendly, and to be completely honest...the price was very affordable. We had looked at staying the weekend in the CDA Resort but found that, for the money, it really wasn't anything special. SO glad we chose the Davenport instead! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great escape from everyday life. I know there are those who stay at nice hotels simply because "they can" but it's nice to know that for those of us who don't have that option available to us every other weekend, there are still AMAZING places to stay where, at least for the weekend, you can be on top of the world. -Katie, from Post Falls, United States - 11/2/2008

This is a fantastic hotel. We stayed in the new tower part of the hotel. The room was large and very clean. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant in the tower had great food. It is also in a great location. -Curtis Dry , from calgary, Canada - 9/8/2008
The Davenport

I was thoroughly impressed with the Davenport Hotel. I enjoyed my stay there. The staff was kind and courteous and the rooms were very comfortable.
The beds were super comfy and the rooms were spacious. Room service was fast. We had to do a late check out and the staff was able to facilitate that.
I would definitely consider staying there again. -Antonio Aguinaga , from campbell, United States - 9/5/2008

Davenport Exceeds Expectations
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
This is a really nice property. Aside from spectacular accommodations (the beds are simply the best), the staff and service is next to none. This is a little bit of a surprise to find a hotel of this quality in Spokane, and a hotel for this price is unbelievable.
It was a flawless stay. -Chris, from Anchorage, United States - 8/26/2008
Great Stay
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
I had a terrific time at the Davenport. So much so, that we are going to buy the signature mattress. We enjoyed everything about our stay. It was apparent that no corners were cut or amenities sacrificed by the "class" of the room. We had a tower king room and it was obvious that the only difference between our room and a suite was size. We were pleased. -Leigh-Anne Trobaugh , from Seattle, United States - 8/26/2008
