This place was terrible. Poor service, rooms, accommodations...I will not stay there again nor have anyone from my company stay there.

Needs a Make-over

The hotel itself was clean and the halls smelled fresh, but the room was worn and shabby. The tub had dirty gray stains on the bottom and wouldn't drain after taking a shower. There wasn't a single electrial outlet in the bathroom or any space in the bathroom to place grooming products. The windows were so dirty you could barely see outside. We stayed here for our 1st anniversary weekend & I barely slept because our room was facing 39th street & the noise from the bar in the lobby was unbearable. I felt as if I was sleeping above a fraternity house. I asked the front desk for ear plugs, but they didn't have any -- nor did they care about me not being able to sleep. Meanwhile, they have a sign at the desk that says "w"--"whatever, whenever." So ....not true.
