Room was spacious and stylish but not particularly comfortable. We had problems with no Air Con, which were not resolved during our 4 day stay. -Clare, from Atlanta, United States - 9/16/2008
Would Stay Again

Found Hotel to be classy but casual, with friendly, helpful staff.
Having booked a suite we were happy with the size of the room. It was great having Plasma's in both the bedroom & the lounge & we liked the modern decor.
Great position, close to Central Park, 5th Avenue shops ,with theatre district & Times Square a short walk away.
The excellent existing restaurant/ bar is a relatively small area which is open to the public,& is heavily booked. so another lounge/bar area for guests would be a much needed improvement..
Having unfortunately left my favorite leather cap behind, our stay was spoiled when we were told that nothing was found in our room by housekeeping staff ?
All information has been given to security, but to date, to no avail.

These people know what their clients need and want and seem to anticipate these needs before one even expresses their desire verbally. Every staff member was courteous. Even maintenance and service personel spoke to you and smiled. The room service was very good. I will stay there again. We were there to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. She had a great time and was tired and happy when we left after our 3 nights and four days of playing, shopping and eating in the city. The location in the city is within walking distance of Times Square, Central Park, Broadway, etc.
We had a very restful stay. Two warnings....don't pick up the phone. $12 for a call that doesn't even connect. Don't move anything in the refrigerator or you will get a huge surprise on your bill. To work these glitches out takes too much time but you need to do it or you will literally pay hundreds (yep Hundreds) in unexpected charges. Ask for a refrigerator to be put in your room. No charge for that -Roberty Moore, from Winterville NC, United States - 3/17/2008
