Yes but It's Extra
 | | Overall rating: |  | Value rating : |  |
Every amenity was available, but it was extra and expensive. What I missed most was coffee in the room -- only available with room service. Even the sound machine (a nice touch) was extra. We had a room "with a view" according to the check in clerk -- it looked out at the brick wall of the building next door. They shouldn't have said it had a view. -Anita Russell , from Estero, United States - 9/11/2009
Really Good, but Not A++
 | | Overall rating: |  | Value rating : |  |
Staff was courteous and professional, but not overly friendly. The room was large by NYC standards, and while some features were great... The large and excellent bathroom had one of the best hotel showers ever, though the bed a bit jumpy and uncomfortable.
The location can't be beat though and I would stay there again, though only if they were offering a good deal. -Mark, from Austin, United States - 12/20/2008
Nice and Green

Lovely, green location. Friendly staff. Fairly good value for money - for NYC! I'm a big fan of Molten Brown so I was pleased to find their supplies in the bathrooms :-) Only complaint was that the lobby was a bit dark. We enjoyed our stay - many thanks -Mia Shanley , from Stockholm, Sweden - 10/7/2008
Hip Hotel

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, and it was so cool! The lobby and the elevators was red and black and the the staff were very accommodating and nice. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was gorgeous. The hotel was in an excellent location and The Bryant park was my favorite place to have breakfast. The Cellar Bar was great. I will return soon!

Very Chill
 | | Overall rating: |  | Value rating : |  |
The mid-town location is great, nice quiet area to escape to after the bustle of the city, but still within easy reach of all the action!
The rooms were simple but very comfortable, huge bathroom. Had booked a room with a park view but got upgraded to a junior suite on checking in. Staff were helpful.
Slight confusion when settling the bill, due to the upgrade (we had 3 rooms in total) but it was sorted out, just took a while.
I would stay here again. -Brian, from Glenageary, Ireland - 4/1/2008
Over-hyped

This hotel was just okay - it did not live up to all of our expectations. The hotel itself is in a good location. The room was clean and nicely furnished with an incredibly spacious bathroom, but many 'luxury' details were simply lacking. Uncomfortable bed, poor lighting, concierge was frequently too busy to be helpful, and front desk staff was snooty. -Amanda, from Outremont, Canada - 11/26/2007
