Perfect for Perfect Escapes

We found the hotel room, staff, decor and ambiance to be excellent. It was on par with our other experiences with Perfect Escapes. The only thing we found inconvenient was the walk to the room. I found it nice like a little extra exercise. My husband thought it was awful.

Needs An Update

I had my wedding party stay at this hotel in 2000 and it was immaculate, now it is tired and greatly in need of an update. Loved the upgrade to Club level as part of Perfect Escapes as well as the rate but overall the hotel needs an upgrade. Additionally, we arrived at midnight and there was initially only one person at the desk and there were guests looking to check in....overall needs work for a luxury hotel.

The Hyatt Regency Old Greenwich offered an excellent value during my last business trip. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's beauty both inside and out and thoroughly enjoyed dining in the beautiful courtyard. The concierge services were excellent.

- From Westchester Airport: 8.3 miles from Hyatt Regency Greenwich
Take the I-684 South to the I-287 East to the I-95 North (CT. Turnpike, North) Take the Old Greenwich exit #5. Make a right at the end of the ramp onto East Putnam Ave. (route 1). Follow the avenue to the third traffic light and make a right into the Hotel entrance. (Approx. 20 minutes driving time).
- From LaGuardia Airport: 29 miles from Hyatt Regency Greenwich
Follow the signs to the Grand Central Parkway East. Follow the signs to the Whitestone Bridge. Go over the bridge and follow the signs to the I-95 North, New England. Take the Old Greenwich exit #5. Make a right at the end of the ramp onto East Putnam Ave. (route 1). Follow the avenue to the third traffic light and make a right into the Hotel entrance. (Approx. 45 minutes driving time).
- From Kennedy Airport: 36 miles from Hyatt Regency Greenwich
