Overview
Just a short walk from the historic French Quarter, the Windsor Court Hotel is the only hotel in all of Louisiana to be awarded both Mobil Four Stars and AAA Four Diamonds. An almost all-suite hotel, Windsor Court's accommodations are furnished to the highest standards featuring personal safes, wireless and hard-wired internet, refreshment centers, plush terry robes and slippers, iron & ironing boards and hair dryers. Accommodations are spacious and elegant, each individually decorated with original artwork and either a private balcony or bay window overlooking the Mississippi River or the city of New Orleans. In addition to 266 suites, the hotel offers 56 deluxe guest rooms, each with a spacious bedroom and an Italian marble bathroom.

Beautiful Hotel

This was a beautiful hotel, the service was fantastic, the views amazing, the location perfect (just far enough away from the buzz of the French Quarter to relax, but not too far- within walking distance to everything). My one complaint would be that they desperately need to clean and/or update the carpet and furniture coverings. There were stains everywhere in our room. However, that would not deter us from reserving a room there again. Concierge Travis was awesome! We stayed in a club suite and the amenities in the club room were just great. Great hotel- hope to stay there again!

Lovely hotel-needs some updates, i.e: in-room movies vs. VCR tapes, you have to call the front desk just to get ice (can't get it yourself), but very beautiful room. Great location for all types of activities.

We stayed at the Windsor Court while on business. The location was perfect; both the convention center and the French Market were easy walks. You know from the moment you enter the drive surrounded by lush landscaping and the friendly bellman opens your door that you are in for a treat. The staff is warm and welcoming whether leaving early for business or coming back after a late night. Both the food and the service in the Grille were exceptional and the pianist was divine. The Windsor Court is the perfect place to stay while exploring New Orleans; it is a short walk or cab ride to wherever you want to be in this crazy city, but arriving home to the Windsor Court is an experience in luxury, beautiful southern decor and graciousness.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Our stay at the Windsor Court Hotel was great. We planned a family trip to New Orleans to visit the Aquarium of the Americas and Insectarium. The hotel was in the perfect location, within walking distance of the attractions and fantastic dining. The staff at the hotel was very polite and helpful. We would definitely stay at the Windsor Court Hotel again.
