The best way to describe this hotel is "CHARMING" The staff were truly lovely, helpful and kind in a very genuine manner. My children were treated better than any other hotel I have been to.

I wasn't happy with the food service in the hotel. The food was terrible. We went to High Tea and were very disappointed. The tea was cold...the bread was dried up and the sandwiches had hardly any meat or egg salad in them. The dessert was old. Also the breakfast muffins were old and they served us cold coffee. I ordered room service and didn't eat it. The service was terrible one night in the lobby. We had a rude girl waitress.

This hotel has a great location, both for convenience and for its proximity to entertainment. From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel special and are treated that way. Everything is clean and fresh and the restaurant is excellent. Regrettably, a wedding party woke us at 2 am but the front desk got everyone back in their rooms in record time and we were able to get back to sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Clevenand area.
