Hard Rock...Rocked!

We had a great stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago. It was located near practically everything - shopping, restaurants, nightlife...what more could you ask for? We had a corner room with huge, terrific windows, the bed was super comfy, free internet connection, excellent value for the rate we paid. We would definitely stay here again! -Valerie, from Clinton Township, United States - 5/8/2009
Hard Rock - Chicago

Location was good - within walking distance to shopping - including Nordstroms. Hotel was clean, modern and fun. Only complaint is that the lighting in the room was very poor - was OK for a girls trip but for business it would have been difficult to get any work done. -Tanja Cleve , from Ellisville, United States - 4/30/2009

Great location within walking distance to the parks, downtown shopping, and a short ride to the museums.
The night scape view of the city was fantastic.
Only draw back, I only slept in the bed and left, didn't spend anytime in the hotel! -Amy Ruhland , from byron center, United States - 3/19/2009
Too Expensive

I was not at all impressed. Service was not what it should be, it was priced very high and not at all what I would have expected. Will not be staying there again. -Amy, from Jenison, United States - 9/2/2008

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Chicago. Each floor has a different artist's memorabilia and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again. The location was top notch! -Madolyn Rogas, from Lombard, United States - 8/26/2008
Somewhat Sterile

Good location. The rooms were spacious, but surprisingly devoid of furniture. There should have been a table and chairs in there.
Stereo in the room didn't work. First request to fix it was not responded to. Second request was. The stereo in the room should have the ability to pipe in the lobby music. The lobby music was the most memorable feature of the hotel. -Joseph Razumich , from Portage, United States - 7/9/2008

The room was not what I expected. The room was very plain and dark!!! The location was perfect centrally located to all the sites in Chicago. The staff was nice, but had to ask for assistance with my bags. Drinks were very high-priced in the bar, but the staff was friendly. -Michele Taylor , from tulsa, United States - 3/26/2008
