Fairly good. Some cleanliness and neatness errors. Charge for internet. No internet in lobby. -Morris Sobel , from Newburgh, United States - 10/29/2009

Loved this hotel. So close to everything. We walked to everything. Our package came with a picnic lunch that was fabulous. If and when we return to DC, we plan on staying at the same hotel. -Michael, from Rumford, United States - 8/27/2009
"Honor" Bar

My only concern is with the "honor" bar accounting. Otherwise great hotel and place to stay. -John Fraker , from odessa, United States - 7/30/2009
Perfect Hotel in Perfect Location!

Customer service was excellent, our room was huge (4 of us staying in it) and location could not be beat. This is now our favorite hotel. -Carrie Canter , from southlake, United States - 7/20/2009
Outstanding Service
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
This hotel provided wonderful service and the friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The bathroom was big, with a separate walk-in shower(not huge but adequate). The bed was very comfortable. There was an LCD flat screen TV and a great work station on the other side of the room. The only complaint we had were the prices of some of the breakfast items -- they wanted $15.00 for a cup of dry cereal! After the first breakfast we ended up leaving the hotel every morning for breakfast at other establishments all because of what seemed like an outrageous amount of money for even simple breakfast fare. Other than that great hotel, fantastic staff and we felt very much appreciated as guests of this hotel. -Ralph Schiavone , from Addison, United States - 6/27/2009
Pleasant Staff
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
It is delightful to stay at a hotel and have the staff greet you with friendly demeanor consistently. Despite some problems with our room (telephone not working, leaking shower), I would certainly stay at this property again, because of the staff. Pleasant, not fawning. Helpful, but not in your face. -Catherine Peckan , from London, Canada - 6/22/2009
Great Location

Wonderful, immaculately clean, big rooms, courteous and professional staff. Great location!!! -Terry Muller , from Charlottesville, United States - 6/18/2009
Very Good Service
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
Excellent service and great location. The amenities and facilities on site are quite limited, which is expected at an urban hotel. The only criticism is the very limited food and personal care product options on site...not even a gift shop to buy a quick snack or bottled water...instead one is forced to use the mini-bar (w/ obviously steep prices) or walk several blocks to a CVS. -David, from Rancho Cucamonga, United States - 5/8/2009
Lovely Hotel - More Hot Water Would Have Been Nice
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
The hotel is lovely as are the rooms. The location is also excellent - right near the White House and city center. The only complaint would be the hot water - it was barely warm enough for showering in the morning. The staff were helpful and attentive. Valet parking overnight was a bit expensive. -Elizabeth Chazottes , from Columbia, United States - 3/3/2009
Awful
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
From the moment I opened the door (doorman?) to the moment I left early, I was miserable.
This hotel is 3 stars because it has an elevator and restaurant.
Not friendly, nice, professional etc. Housekeeping laughable. -Allison Mangot, from Haworth, United States - 1/13/2009
