Overview
The Rittenhouse is a AAA Five Diamond hotel ranked among the Top Hotels of the World by Conde Naste and the Official Hotel Guide. The hotels premier location on Rittenhouse Square is in the heart of Philadelphia's most prestigious/residential/business/cultural and retail area, only 8 miles from Philadelphia International Airport and a quick 10 blocks from the train station and convention center. Guests reside in 98 beautifully appointed accommodations, including 11 suites. Spacious guestrooms measuring from 450 to 600 square feet with pillow top mattresses/310 thread count sheets and additional sitting area. The Most Beautiful, Comfortable, Friendly Hotel in

We have stayed at a number of hotels in Philadelphia over the past year, but the Rittenhouse Hotel takes the Blue Ribbon! The service is excellent, the rooms are large and beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, there are so many extra touches that I can't even mention all of them [chocolates in cute little shopping bags, popcorn & a free movie for our child, cookies and champagne upon check-in... Excellent turn-down service with floor mats & they even turned down the sofa bed for our child. I could go on, but I was thrilled with everything at this hotel. It is also centrally located on Rittenhouse Square - we could walk to everything.

It was the Lacroix Restaurant that attracted us to the Rittenhouse, my favorite restaurant in all of Philly. We were not disappointed one bit. The evening was a gustatory and visual event not experienced anywhere else in Philadelphia. The wait staff were delightful and celebratory reflecting our own anniversary mood. The corner room viewed the Christmas decorated square and was extremely spacious, well appointed and comfortable. A perfect breakfast was served in needed haste to meet the train. It was a perfect evening and stay without needed improvement.
