Wonderful Stay in Palm Springs

The hotel and staff were lovely along with
the stylish rooms. Breakfast was yummy and "Breathe" was an extra bonus.

Quirky Hotel in the Desert

A nice little hotel in the desert in the town of Palm Springs. Within walking distance to town. Bathrooms could use some updating, as could the plumbing. Loved the decor.

It was too gaudy, and the hotel staff were not particularly helpful in honoring Perfect Escape guarantees like upgrade and late check-out.

Old, Worn, Viceroy

Hotel employees were great, but that was the only great this about the hotel. The bathroom had only one shelf for storage. No drawers for clothes, nightstands were small with no storage either. You have to leave your clothes in your suitcase. The two chairs in the room were worn and one looked dirty. The bed was comfortable, but did not make up for the overall drab room. The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. It looks worn, and just old. Some areas near the pools looked nice, but in general, the dining areas, the lobby and the entrance were old, dull and lifeless.
We had to ask for complimentary breakfasts, and we were not upgraded.

Best Vacation for Relaxation

If you are looking for a place to relax this is it. We ate, drank, had spa treatments, rode the bicycles and just relaxed. Everyone was wonderful.
The thing that made it special was the great deal we got. Meals and drinks and spa were included in the price.
