From the complimentary valet service when we arrived, everything about our stay was perfect. Early check in at noon, comfortable king bed, large patio that overlooked the mountains and the pool area all made for a great weekend. We will be back. -Scott, from San Diego, United States - 2/26/2011

This stay was a Christmas gift to my husband, and he enjoyed his stay very much. The personnel at the front desk were most helpful. -Arlyss, from Los Alamitos, United States - 1/13/2011

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and would recommend it. The management are constantly improving the already very high standard.
A spa would be a great addition to this hotel.
Because of the hotel's great location you are within easy reach of outdoor activities, restaurants and of course outlet shopping.
I will certainly be going back. -Janet M, from Calgary , Canada - 1/6/2011

The place was relaxed, comfortable (great beds) and we loved the poolside enclosed patio area. Very clean property and we would definitely come back for another visit. One of the best things was we were within walking distance of everything we needed. Thanks for the great bargain! -Cynthia M, from La Jolla, United States - 5/26/2010
Just OK - Price of Room Does Not Match What You Ge

We were a little disappointed with the overall experience. There were lots of extra charges for things - like the pool and parking. The room was not the cleanest. There were weird stains both on the cloth shower curtain as well as the bathroom wall. We stayed three nights and had to leave notes for the cleaning staff to leave replacement towels, glasses etc. They claim to be 5-star but really it's more like a 3-star hotel. The plus side is the location - it's very close to all the restaurants. -Rebecca K, from Tacoma, United States - 3/19/2010

We have stayed here a couple of times and we love it. Nice rooms, clean, walking distance to downtown area with shopping, dining and nightlife. Hotel has a great bar/lounge with entertainment and a restaurant. Comfortable beds too. Close to casino also. My only criticism of this place are the in room towels. They are horrible! Small, thin and rough. Come on Zoso, upgrade those towels. I have nicer, softer towels that I use for rags. -George, from Whittier, United States - 8/13/2009

I would return to this dramatic yet comfortable hotel located within walking distance of local restaurants. Though the restaurant was a bit slow at breakfast (clearly they were overwhelmed by room service orders) and we were denied late checkout, we very much enjoyed our stay. The spacious lounge just across from the registration counter was quite pleasant. The bellman was very knowledgeable and steered us to the perfect restaurant. And our little girl enjoyed the heated pool. Toiletries were quite nice. -Georgia S, from Beverly HIlls, United States - 2/20/2009
I Am Willing to Pay for What I Received

I arrived to this hotel and and could tell immediately that it was first rate look-wise. I ventured in and was greeted in a professional yet sweet and considerate manner and after settling in to my beautiful room I ventured down to have a cocktail at one of the most unique bars I have encountered. It is back-lit and glows through the Alabaster.
I was immediately greeted by Rod and he seemed busy but he greeted me on the way to finish a load of drinks for the pool crowd. He returned quickly and asked for my cocktail and returned quicker than anyone and he made the best martini I have encountered. -Joe, from Fargo, United States - 2/10/2008
