Overview
The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is the world's first and only rock-n-roll hotel and casino. The casino offers over 30,000 square feet of gaming, including a sportsbook and sports bar. The Hard Rock offers five wonderful restaurants including world famous Nobu, AJ's Steakhouse, Pink Taco, Simon's, and Mr. Lucky's, plus Starbucks coffee.
The Hard Rock also features the Rockspa, a state of the art athletic club, spa and salon. The beach club is a tropical 3-1/2 acre paradise with sandy beaches, whirlpools, Tahitian-style luxury day cabanas, a beachside bar and grill, underwater music and even swim-up blackjack.
The Hard Rock is also home to the Joint, an intimate venue where some of music's most influential artist have performed: Rolling Stones, Sheryl Crow, Sting, No Doubt, Matchbox Twenty.
The hotel offers the world's largest Hard Rock retail store as well as concierge service, plus 24-hour valet and room service.

Nice Hotel-Extremely Rude Front Dek Staff At Check

When you arrive at your destination you are ready to begin a fun trip. Unfortunately, the check-in experience at The Hard Rock was horrendous. The young woman at the front desk was rude, unhelpful, and made it clear that she could care less where we stayed. After waiting over 3 hours for a room, we were given a room that faced the parking garage (we had booked a mountain-view room). We were also told that we could not cancel any part of our reservation without being charged the full amount. The room itself was fine- nothing special-but clean and well- appointed. HRH train your staff. It's all about customer service, and theirs is lacking.

From LAS McCarran Airport
Head toward the Tropicana/Swenson exit. Pass Tropicana Avenue and continue on Swenson Street until you reach Harmon Avenue. Make a left onto Harmon Ave. The hard Rock Hotel and Casino will be located on your right at the northwest corner of Paradise Road and Harmon Ave. Approximate driving time is 5 minutes.
