Terrible Service

We were thoroughly disappointed in the room we were given. Although the view was very good, the room had several problems that were not fixed. First, the air conditioning control panel did not work properly so it was difficult to get the temperature at the desired comfort level. There were times when the room was very warm especially when sleeping at night. We called to have it repaired and the maintenance person arrived late in the evening when we were preparing for bed. We were given the run around when it came to trying to get a room with a King bed instead of two Full sized beds which were very uncomfortable for two people trying to snuggle. We were told to check back after noon and there was still no available rooms. The bathroom vent did not work and was never addressed so the heat from showering lingered throughout the room causing the temperature to rise and with a temp control panel that did not work, this made it even more uncomfortable. -Lanette C, from Apple Valley, United States - 2/18/2010

Hotel rooms were excellent, the views of the construction at the pool were not too distracting. Our bed and bath were both wonderful, the other amenities; all fine. Restaurants were mixed, Sensi was awful but the Cafe Bellagio was great. Fontana bar was nice too. Hotel staff were very accommodating, pleasant and skilled. Spa experience was phenomenal. Proximity to other strip activities and hotels/casinos was perfect... right in the center of the action. -Heidi H, from Bow, United States - 10/30/2008

While most go to vVegas to party I go to chill out at the pool and relax at the spa. Bellagio offers a beautiful pool fragrant with flowers and a peaceful spa. -Mary T, from Chicago, United States - 5/29/2008

Chose the Bellagio to celebrate my 11th wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday, I reserved a lakeview room and was very disappointed. The room was very different from the photos I saw when making my reservation. I immediately agreed to an upgrade to a Bellagio suite which was fantastic, the upgrade cost an additional $100 per night but was definitely worth it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. -Ngozi, from HOPE MILLS, United States - 3/25/2008

Great strip location with great on-site restaurants, shopping, gambling, shows and most of whatever else you may want to enjoy in Vegas. Our standard room was nothing special (perhaps to encourage us to spend time gambling), but the view of the water show was very cool. I must have watched it 15 times. And, it definitely beats the view of the freeway from the other side. -Eric, from San Mateo, United States - 1/21/2008
