Disappointing At Best

My experience was nothing less than disappointing...I was expecting a nice area, the surroundings were laden with half empty buildings and construction all around...It was very noisy and half the staff was passive...I had a concern with a spa reservation and had a death in the family and had to leave early, they refused to cancel my spa treatment and had no compassion for human life...I will not recommend them or grace their establishment ever again.

Directions:
From Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport: Take the South airport exit to TX 183 E toward Dallas Irving for about 11 miles. Continue to follow the highway which becomes I 35E South.
