Directions:
From Perth take the A9 north, signposted Inverness, for 15 miles to Dunkeld. Do not exit into Dunkeld but continue for a further 2 miles. Turn left onto the B898 signposted Dalguise, Kinnaird and Balnaguard and follow this road for 4 1/2 miles. The main gates of Kinnaird will appear on your right hand side.
From Edinburgh Airport (EDI): From EDI- From the Airport take the exit onto Eastfield Road. Take the second exit and merge onto the A8, at the roundabout take the 4th exit for the M9 signposted for Forth Road Bridge and Stirling, merge onto the M9 for the Forth Road Bridge. Continue on the A90 north signposted for Perth and Aberdeen. At Perth Broxden Roundabout take the second exit on to the A9 towards Inverness, then take the second exit at the Inveralmond roundabout again for the A9 north towards Inverness. After 15 miles do not turn off at Dunkeld but carry on for a further 2 miles. Take the B898 to the left signposted for Dalguise, Kinnaird and Balnaguard. Kinnaird is 4.5 miles along this road on the right hand side.
