From Steamship Authority at Steamboat Wharf
Walk straight up Broad Street and take your second right onto North Water Street. We are quite visible at the top of Step Lane on your third left.
From HyLine at Straight Wharf
Walk straight out of the HyLine and take your first right onto Easy Street. Follow this until you dead-end into Broad Street. Take a left onto Broad Street and then take your second right onto North Water Street. We are quite visible at the top of Step Lane on your third left.

I-95 to Providence, I-195 to Wareham, Route 25 to the Bourne Bridge (follow signs for the Cape and Islands), Route 6 to Exit 6: Route 132 into Hyannis. Follow the signs to ferry docks or airport. Approximately 5 hours depending on traffic.
From Boston (80 Miles)
Follow Route 3 (Southeast Expressway) to Route 6 over the Sagamore Bridge, to Route 132 into Hyannis. Follow the signs to ferry docks or airport. Approximately 1 1/2 hours depending on traffic.

Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation or change of dates, we must receive 14 days notice prior to your confirmed arrival for a refund of your deposit, less at 10% fee per room. If any full or partial cancellation or change of dates is made within 14 days, regardless of reason, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation, unless we can re-book your room. You are, however, always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.
CHECK IN and CHECK OUT: Check-in time is 3 pm. Sould you arrive on island earlier, we will make every effort to accommodate you when possible. We will gladly store your luggage until check-in time. Check-out time is 11 am. Guests who wish to enjoy their last day are welcome to store their luggage with us and return for it at a later time.
Though we usually have a minimum stay requirement throughout the summer, occasionally shorter stays are available. If you are interested in a one night stay during the week, or a two night stay on a weekend, please call for more information.
CHILDREN: We accept children age 10 and older.
PACKING CONVENIENCE: We supply hairdryers, beach towels, tote bags, iron and ironing boards.
SMOKING POLICY: All of our rooms and verandas are non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke in the lower garden area.
PETS: We do not allow pets.
