Loved the fact that XV is close to Boston Common and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff was very helpful and accommodiating. Comfortable room while still being luxurious.

Having been to Boston many times in the last few years, never the same lodging twice, I have found my home! From the attention to my needs the day before I checked in by the team on the concierge desk, to the wait staff and food presentation of the adjoining restaurant, to the driver going that extra mile (he collected me across town, bringing all my gear in the trunk with him, only to get me to the airport ON TIME)!
All this going on in the most luxe surroundings, from the marble bath to the high thread-count linens, no detail was overlooked.
Winning combination of property and caring, professional staff.
