Very Disappointed

Whilst the service was very good and staff very friendly the in room amenities were virtually absent. The room we were given was the smallest I have ever stayed in, the bathroom amenities were less than poor. The toilet was in a closet off the bedroom and the bathroom was completely unacceptable. After our stay in Prague with another hotel recommended by Perfect Escapes (which was absolutely fantastic) our disappointment that this hotel was rated 4 star was certainly a shock to the system.
The air-conditioning did not work so we overheated all evening and because we were on a noisy road we could not leave the window open.
No tea or coffee making facilities were available either.
The staff however were wonderful.

From Charles De Gaulle Airport – From the airport take the highway A1 to Paris and take the Peripherique Ouest Ring. Take Porte de Champerret exit and go the direction of Place du Marchel Juin. Cross over first traffic light and take the first left – Blvd. Berthier. Hotel is 200 yards down on the left.
