Take motorway A1 (green signs) (Zurich-Bern). Just before Bern go further on A6 (Bern-Thun-Interlaken). Take exit "Spiez", direction to Kandersteg/Frutigen/Adelboden. Follow main road to Frutigen-Adelboden. In the village you will see hotel signage.
From Geneva:
