The service and personnel were exceptional. We have stayed in many luxury hotels and have had some wonderful staff, but everyone was professional and accomplished at this hotel. Very impressive!

Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!! This hotel has the best service, just as it should be in Beverly Hills. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels and this one does not miss a thing. The spa is beyond luxury every detail is there to enjoy. It has a great big coed mineral pool, relaxation room with all sorts of treats to enjoy and a dry sauna that is beautiful and comfortable. The service is great and the employees are so nice and are always ready to please. They even offered me a pair of sunglasses at the roof top pool to use when I forgot mine in my room! We even saw 2 movie stars! The room was CLEAN and had everything you need for a short or long stay. The valet was prompt and brought us water bottles. The room service was on time and hot. The beds cozy. But I have to say the Spa was great right up there with the world's best of the best!! I highly recommend this hotel and I know it is expensive but if you can swing it, it is well worth the money considering all the extras you get.
