Great Weekend
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
We went for a long weekend. The hotel was close to everything, we could walk everywhere. The hotel was beautiful and the staff above and beyond courteous. The rooms are a little on the small side but impeccably clean and elegant. The spa and gym left nothing out. We would definitely stay again. -Michael, from Philadelphia, United States - 8/27/2009

Likes: Very clean, big rooms, awesome location, the turndown service and the bathrooms were a nice luxury. The 3rd floor amenities were awesome! It's nice to feel pampered...
Dislikes: Concierge definitely not TOO helpful, and what's the deal with the strange light switch in the bedrooms?! (one switch controls all the power in the room??) Believe it or not, too overly polite!...lol... -Michael, from Copiague, United States - 7/19/2009
Langham
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
We loved the Langham. It was luxurious without being stuffy. There were some handicap access issues that need addressing, such as that although I was at the front desk with a cane when I checked in, nobody asked whether I could deal with a room which had stairs inside it to get to the bathroom, and the pool was difficult to access. -Beth Eisenberg , from Cummington, United States - 6/4/2009
One of the Best Hotels I Have Ever Been!
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
I love hotels with a history. Service was excellent, and the room was so beautiful and comfortable. I was only sorry to have forgotten my bathing suit, so I couldn't go to the swimming pool. I'll definitely go back to this hotel or to any other of the chain. A wonderful experience ! -Ingrid Dirickx , from St-Hubert, Canada - 4/19/2009

Very nice hotel in the financial district which is rather quiet at night but not too far from bars/restaurants. Great experience with Perfect Escapes, they took care of a billing issue and kept me very informed throughout the process. -Neil, from Omaha, United States - 7/14/2008
Our Wedding Anniversay in Boston on Valentines Day
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
From the first second after arriving at the hotel where the door man greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm, to checking in with the young man at the front desk who pleasantly granted our request for a room upgrade and lightly chatted about where some good dinner spots may be ...given our late arrival time, to the referral to the Concierge who happily made reservations for us, we were treated like a king and a queen. The room we stayed in was very large and clean. The fluffy robes and slippers were a nice treat after a long day of business meetings and walking the city in high heels. The turn down with chocolate every night was the "cherry on the top" . The Langham's location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything one should see while in Boston. Lastly, the Sunday brunch was delicious and relaxing. Just what we needed for a long day of flying ahead of us. -Diana Little , from Maple Valley, United States - 2/21/2008
